St. Joseph soccer senior named to TAPPS all-district second team

Five members of the St. Joseph boys soccer team were honored by TAPPS. Pictured from left to right are assistant coach Brian Hardie, Tom Followwill, Shaughnessy Hall, William Kisalus, Conaugh Hughes, Brian Gann and head coach Patrick Sullivan.

St. Joseph's Tom Followwill was chosen for the TAPPS 3-4A all-district soccer second team for 2014.

The senior forward started nine out of 10 games this season, scored five goals and assisted eight others in district play, said St. Joseph coach Patrick Sullivan.

Four seniors received honorable mention.

Brian Gann, midfielder, started all 10 district games, scored four goals and had an assist.

Shaughnessy Hall started every game as a defender.

William Kisalus, a defender, started every game and scored one goal.

Conaugh Hughes, a forward, started every game, scored two goals and made four assists.
