Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings recently acquired certain assets of United Agricultural Cooperative Inc., which allows United Ag to operate as part of Pinnacle's Sanders brand.
"We are aligning with a team that is committed to innovation and capable of delivering new solutions for our farmers," said Jimmy Roppolo, United Ag's general manager, in a news release. "The similarity of our company cultures creates potential for a synergistic union to exceed everyone's expectations."
United Ag is headquartered in El Campo and has served the ag communities along the Gulf Coast since 1982. Sanders' acquisition of United Ag's seed, fertilizer and crop protection assets will enhance its retail offerings.
