Flash flood remains in effect for Victoria, surrounding counties
A flash flood watch remains in effect until 1 p.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.

Cloudy skies with thunderstorms throughout the day with temperatures in the 60s. The chance of rain will drop into the evening.
Northeast winds will increase to 15 to 20 mph, becoming more northerly in the afternoon. The winds will drop to 10 mph Tuesday night with a low in the 50s.
