Please take don't let your animals suffer

Editor, the Advocate:

It is hard for us to believe we have neighbors (in the Primrose area) who are so heartless that they would leave a small dog or puppy outside in the bad weather we had Tuesday.

During the early morning hours, we listened to - and tried to locate - the poor animal who cried and howled for more than three hours.

Can you imagine what it would be like to have to stand outside during high winds, heavy rain, frequent lightning strikes and have no one answer your cries for help?

If you cannot take care of your pet, then find someone who will. Call Adopt-A-Pet or the Animal Control and have them come pick it up. The poor animal will be a lot better off there than living with you.

Shame on you for letting one of God's creatures suffer like that.
