Post Office to continue mail delivery on Saturdays
Crossroads residents are speaking out about Wednesday's Congressional decision to continue Postal Service on Saturdays. Congress banned the Postal Service's plan to shift from a six-day workweek to a five-day workweek. The original proposal, announced in <a href= "http://www.victoriaadvocate.com/news/2013/feb/06/postal-service-cut-saturday-mail-trim-costs/" February, said mail would be delivered Monday through Friday beginning in August to help the agency rebuild some financial stability.
