Art League meeting

The Victoria Art League will meet at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Community Art Center, 905 S. Bridge St. Blanca Sanchez, Howell Middle School art teacher, will give a demonstration on art techniques she uses in the classroom.
Sanchez’s students recently won the top three prizes at the University of Houston Poster Contest for Hispanic Heritage Month.
The event is free and open to the public.
