Clive Austin Ingram
May 17, 1923 to June 16, 2011
Clive Austin Ingram, 88, of Aransas Pass and formerly of Meyersville, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2011. Clive was born on May 17, 1923, in Jim Wells County, to the late Roy J. Ingram and Mollie Mae Adams Ingram.
Clive enjoyed a long career with Southern Minerals and Del Hi Pipeline Company. Clive proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was also an avid lifelong coon hunter.
Survivors include his sons, Jimmy Roy Ingram and Joe Clive Ingram (Marsha), all of Rockport; sister, Thelma Myers, of Burnet; brother, M.J. Ingram, of Corpus Christi; grandchildren, Joe Ingram Jr. and Lorie Villarreal (Daniel); great-grandchildren, Austin Ingram, Haleigh Ingram, Kaitlyn Duval, and Ashlyn Norton.
Clive was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Eva Ross Ingram; sisters, Geraldine Schaeffer, Willie Mae Powell, Arlena Ingram, Ruby Martin, and Telene Wienken; brothers, Jesse Ingram and Nolan Ingram.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 2011, at Memory Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Bartlett officiating.
