YOAKUM - Jack Edward Dvorak, age 78, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2013.
He was born on October 1, 1934 in Yoakum to Rudolph and Stella Prince Dvorak.
He was a truck driver for Hallettsville Livestock Commission.
Survivors: wife, Ellen Raindl Dvorak; daughters, Jackie Long and husband Hughie of Yoakum, Tasha Dvorak and fiance Goeff of Yoakum, Tammy Sayre of Austin and Dandy Kloesel and husband Alan of Shiner; sons, Todd Dvorak and wife Christy of Columbus, Keith Dvorak and wife Gina of Hallettsville and Jimmie Dvorak and wife Debbi of Katy; 22 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bessie Smith and husband Floyd of Shiner and Claudean Fisher of North Carolina; brother, James Dvorak and wife Gloria of Cuero.
Preceded in death by: parents; sisters, Ruby Brown and Ethel Johnson; brothers, Allan Dvorak and Richard Dvorak.
Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Horton officiating.
