JUDY K. KRUPPA
VICTORIA - Judy K. Thompson Kruppa, 62, passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2013. She was born October 2, 1950 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to the late A.F. "Nubby" and Herstine "Hershey" Thompson. Judy was a 1969 graduate of Victoria High School. Prior to being a teacher, she was a pediatric nurse for 12 years at Detar. Judy retired from the V.I.S.D. as a 2nd grade teacher.
Judy is survived by her husband of 41 years, Donald Kruppa of Victoria; son, Zachary Kruppa of Victoria; sister, Nina (Jim) McGibney of Colorado; six grandchildren, Dylan, Taylor, Carley, Ashley, Westyn, and Emersyn.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 4, 2013 from 5-6 p.m. at Grace Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow at 6 p.m. with Deacon Jim Koenig officiating.
Memorials in Judy's name may be directed to Torres Elementary School or Adopt-A-Pet.
