RICHMOND - Services for Lia Jane Lechner, infant daughter of Catherine and Brandon Lechner, will be held on Monday, February 4, 2013. A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. with services to follow at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Cathedral.. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
