ELEANORA M. HAJOVSKY
GANADO - Eleanora Marie Hajovsky, 84, of Ganado, passed away on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013. She was born April 30, 1928
in El Maton to the late Lad and Filomena Mondrik. She worked at Ganado I.S.D. for 20 years. She was a devout member of the Assumption Catholic Church.
She is survived by daughters, Barbara ( husband Billy) Bubela and Carolyn (husband Charles) Zafereo; sons, Syl J. (wife Connie ) Hajovsky and James C. Hajovsky; sisters, Martha Salas and Rosie Olsovsky; and brothers, Robert Mondrik, Frankie (wife Leona) Mondrik and Eddie (wife Dorothy) Mondrik. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 59 years, Sylvester Charles Hajovsky; and brothers, Jerry and George Mondrik.
Visitation will be 5 - 8 p.m. on Sunday, February 3, 2013, with a Rosary recited at 7 p.m. at Ganado Funeral Home, 800 So. Third St., Ganado. Services will be Monday, February 4, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Church, with Rev. Michael Lyons officiating. Interment will be at Assumption Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbears: Kevin, Kent, Kenan, Kurt Bubela, Jeremy Hajovsky, Cameron Zafereo and Colin Zafereo. Honorary pallbearers are Lynette Limer, Amanda Weempe and Denae Hajovsky.
Memorials maybe sent to St. Joseph High School, Victoria, El Campo Fire Dept. or the Ganado School Library.
