ANITA KORENEK
ROSENBERG - Anita Korenek, age 94 of Rosenberg and formerly of Yoakum passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2012.
She was a homemaker and a member of Austin Street Baptist Church.
Survivors: sister, Della Harrell of Rosenberg; brother, Nato Garcia of Yoakum along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by: parents; husband, Ray Korenek; sisters, Erminia Lopez, Maria Garcia, Juanita Garcia and Guadalupe Garcia; brothers, Filomeno Garcia, John Garcia and Adolpho Garcia.
Family visitation on Sunday from 2 p.m. till 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral service on Monday at 10 a.m. at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Seay officiating. Burial at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Victoria.
