VICTORIA - Eddie L. Threadgill, 56, of Victoria, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2013. He was born September 18, 1956 in Victoria to the late Annie Threadgill and Brack Threadgill of Victoria. He was a self-employed chef and a member of Church of Christ.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathrerine N. Threadgill of Killeen; son, Anthony Threadgill of Victoria; sister, Lillian Threadgill of Victoria; brothers, Austin Threadgill of Victoria and Benard Threadgill of Oklahoma; and 2 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his mother; sister, Nannie Hargrove; and brothers, John Henry Hill and Brack Threadgill Jr.
A walk-in visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Friday, February 15, 2013 at Barefield Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at College Church of Christ, with Dr. Victor Frazier and Br. Obie Williams as officiating Ministers. Interment with full military honors under the auspices of the Victoria County Veterans Council, AL, CWV, DAV, MCL, MOWW, EX-POW, MOPH, VVA, KWV., will be at Hill Cemetery.
