JOHN "EDDIE" DAVIS JR.
GANADO - John "Eddie" Davis, Jr. 84, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2013. He was born April 26, 1928 in Edna to the late John Sr. and Meta Schneider Davis.
Eddie worked for Alcoa for 20 years and then a construction welder.
Eddie is survived by his son, Larry (wife Patricia) Davis; three daughters, JoAnn (husband Ricky) Dodds, Brenda (husband Ron) Blumrick and Wanda (husband Chris) Buxton; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Loriene Sless Davis; son, Johnny Davis; sisters, Alice Davis, Gladys Zavadal; and brother, Charlie Davis.
Services will Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 10:00 am at Assumption Catholic Church in Ganado, with Fr. Michael Lyons officiating. Interment will be in the Assumption Catholic Cemetery.
