VICKIE LEA HAHN
PORT LAVACA - Vickie Lea Hahn, 57 of Port Lavaca, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013. Vickie was born in Victoria on October 2, 1955 to Leroy and Vera Hahn.
Vickie was an active member of Alamo Heights Baptist Church where she loved to use one of her many talents decorating and making flower arrangements for the church. She also enjoyed helping others decorate for holidays or events. Vickie loved the beach, working in her yard which was beautifully landscaped and she loved her "Bitty Kitty". She was a beautiful person from the inside out and will be missed by everyone who knew her.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her grandmother, Estha Williams; sons, Robert Guthrie and David (Tiffany) Butcher; sisters, Tammie (Wayne) Boyd and Bonnie (Tom) Griffin; brothers, Robert (Retha) Hahn and Kenneth (Karen) Hahn; granddaughters, Kori Malone, Kenzi Butcher and Kennedi Butcher; grandson, Christopher Brewer; nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. on Monday, September 30, 2013 at Alamo Heights Baptist Church. Memorial Services to Celebrate Vickie's life will begin at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend J.V. Helms, Reverend Dwayne Wise and Pastor Dan Zellmer, officiating.
The family wishes to extend a special "Thank You" to Hospice of South Texas who have been "Awesome" and to Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehabilitation who did an "Outstanding" job caring for Vickie.
