Biking. With gas prices rising, why is the city of Victoria not planning ahead of time? There are some of us who would like to ride our bikes to work or to other places of interest. There is no way of riding across Navarro, the loop and other major streets. There are no bike trails. In a lot of places there are no sidewalks, and if there are, there may be a a big pole stuck in the middle of it. It is not safe to ride here in Victoria. I think Victoria should think about starting to make it safe to ride and to walk.
