Betty Lott, 70, sits next to a fan she and her husband, Frank, 76, recently received from the Senior Citizens Center. Lott, who along with her husband is diabetic, said that the fan has made, "a whole lot of difference," in their quality of living. "I think it's wonderful," she said about the program.
