Calvin Miller spent two months in jail after a scent lineup matched him with evidence from a sexual assault in Yoakum. DNA cleared him of any involvement, which lead to his release. Miller filed suit in federal court against investigators, including Keith Pikett, who is the owner and handler of the dogs used in the scent lineup.
