Cole Pargmann's football jersey, helmet and letter jacket accompany his portrait on top of his casket. Thousands from the small town of Cuero and surrounding area turned out to mourn the loss of the seventeen-year-old. Pargmann and only two other seniors were returning as starters for the team.
