Retired Cuero Police Chief Tony Allen gets upset just thinking about the damage vandals caused to Cuero's Christmas in the Park over the weekend. Allen and many volunteers begin the process of assembling the various lighted exhibits in October and consider the loss of the American Flag, serpent and steamboat exhibit to be a major set back.
