Brian Ludwig and Ken Lopez, with the City of Cuero Electric division, assemble and wire together more than 3,500 light bulbs Wednesday that will be used for the Christmas Tree in Cuero's Christmas in the Park. About $150,000 worth of damage was done to the Christmas displays.
