John Valdivia pours raw beans into a roaster inside his shop. Valdivia started his dream business just two years ago and is exactly where he wants to be. Valdivia started Victoria Coffee Roasters, aiming to sell fresh roasted coffee to local retail customers. It wasn't long before he landed a contract with a small chain of coffee shops in Corpus Christi, increasing the demand for his product to more than 300 pounds a week.
