Schorlemmer Elementary School child food nutritionist Irene Briseno puts the finishing touches on the school's gingerbread house for VISD's annual gingerbread village show and competition. Briseno and her cafeteria coworkers constructed the holiday homestead in one week and will present the house to one lucky student before winter break.
