Fernando Pena is reflected in the freshly unveiled monument to Placido Benavides at City Hall Plaza on Friday. The Pena family is related to Don Martin De León through Sylvestre De León. Many of them traveled to Victoria from Mexico for the De León family reunion, making them the attendants who traveled the farthest.
