Elizabeth Nicole Delgado is a Spring baccalaureate candidate of Southwestern University in Georgetown. Delgado was a Mood Scholar recipient each of the four years and majored in Communications. She focused on additional coursework in Studio Arts and Computing, volunteered as a mentor, tutor, teacher's assistant and a Democratic Political staff member while in Williamson County. Delgado was a 2007 Memorial High School three year graduate. Delgado is the daughter to Adolph and Peggy Delgado, Jr., of Pennsylvania and grand daughter to Evangeline Delgado, of Victoria and Tom Porter, of Pennsylvania.
