Neurania "Ronnie" Rubio receives a medal on behalf of her late husband Esmel "E.G." Rubio for his service in WWII from U.S. Rep. Ruben Hinojosa during Wednesday's ceremony at La Bahia Restaurant in Goliad. Rubio also received five medals, one of which was a bronze star, a lapel button and a combat infantry badge.
