U.S. Rep. Ruben Hinojosa hugs Nerania "Ronni" Rubio before a ceremony in which he presented her with five medals for her late husband's service in WWII Wednesday at La Bahia Restaurant in Goliad. Rubio's husband, Esmel "E.G." Rubio died before the ceremony in his honor could take place but he did get to see the medals before he died.
