St. Joseph Lady Flyers placed second at the TAPPS 5A state golf tournament. Maddy Buhler shot a combined score of 161, finishing seventh overall. Freshman Chloe Velasco shot a two-day score of 172, Kaitlyn Cantu shot a 186, Bethany Hickner shot a 189 and Kim Chavarria shot a 217.
