Minx Garcia, of the Victoria Area Center for Advanced Learning, submitted the winning entry in the Victoria Area Homeless Coalition's logo competition. Many students from VISD, St. Joseph High School and Faith Academy submitted their artwork in the competition. VAHC's President Keith Rucker presented a cash prize to Garcia and a prize to her instructor Jeff Vuillemin. Rucker and Garcia are shown with her prize-winning logo design.
