Lt. Brad Madigan of the Victoria Fire Department represented the Guardians of the Ribbon on Friday evening at the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life at the Coleto Creek Reservoir. The South Texas Chapter of the Guardians began touring across Texas with its pink fire truck last month.
