Sherriff's deputies, Victoria police officers and EMS responders attend to a 16-year-old Victoria boy that they apprehended on Anthony Street near the intersection of Lone Tree Road after he escaped from Victoria Regional Juvenile Justice Center Saturday afternoon. He escaped at 3:18 p.m. and was apprehended around 4:40 p.m.
