Neil Fritsch, left, his wife, Gloria, and their daughter, Norma, all of Port Lavaca let balloons fly in honor of the Fritsches' son, Edward, Saturday afternoon during a balloon release sponsored by The Compassionate Friends of Victoria, a support group for those that have lost a child, at the Rose Garden in Riverside Park. The group meets the second Tuesday of every month at the First United Methodist Church.
