Victoria County received a $7,300 Dow Gives Community Grant to support their Partners in Preparedness Emergency Response and Communications Project. Seadrift Operations Site Leader Brad Fedorchak presented the grant award to Victoria County's Jeb Lacey and Robin Knipling.
