Victoria Christian Assistance Ministry will celebrate its 25th anniversary and new location with an open house from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 8 at 108 N. Liberty St. Planning the celebration, from left, are Gary Moses, community liaison and master of ceremonies; Barbara Nilsson, board president; Kim Ozment-Gold, VCAM executive director; and VCAM board members Bonnie Wilkinson and Dr. Walter Herbst. The public is invited to enjoy an evening of entertainment and refreshments, with door prizes and silent auction. A Karaoke fundraiser for VCAM will begin at 8 p.m. at the Golden Gecko, 202 E. Forrest St.
