A plaque celebrating girls softball in Victoria was dedicated recently at the entrance of the fields at the Victoria Sports Center. It was more than 40 years ago that the association was established. Charter members, from left, are Charles Spurlin and Sidney and Norris Broussard. Don Webb, deceased, was also a charter member.
