Laci Harryman added a little bit of pizazz to the cap she wore to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Houston-Victoria Saturday. "I figured today's a good day and I didn't want to be all in black," she said of the pink fringe and decorated top of her traditional cap.
