Sgt. Herschel Buck looks for information on Armstrong's Chrysler Aspen that flipped at least one time after running a red light on Houston Highway at John Stockbauer Drive on Sept. 11, 2012. Armstrong was ejected through the windshield and broke several bones in her body, including her back.
