Wanda Mathis still bears the scars from several bullets fired from a 9 mm handgun, one of which ripped through her wrist. Billy D. Mathis, 56, shot his wife, then 59; stepson, Jim Ray Kitchens, then 38; and his granddaughter, Analisa Kitchens, then 17, in a domestic violence shooting in 2010.
