Three vehicles were in volved in a wreck at the inter section of North Navarro and Rio Grand Streets about 2:30 p.m. Sunday, after one vehi cle failed to yield at a red light. Victoria Police Officer W. A. McLeroy said Krystin Ortiz, 30, of Victoria was driving white 2011 Jeep Patriot east on Rio Grand Street and struck Lori Amsler, 37, driv ing south on North Navarro Street in a 2004 beige Pontiac Grand Am, Amsler, of Victoria, then struck a 1984 blue Ford F-150, driven by Wynell Maeker, 54, also of Victoria.
