Girl Scout Rachel Goodwine, 10, was one of the top sellers of Girl Scout cookies last year in the Victoria area, selling more than 1,500 boxes. This year, Rachel plans to sell 2,000 boxes, including the newest cookie flavor, Mango Cremes.
