My favorite thing to use red chile sauce for is enchiladas. Lightly fry some corn tortillas, shred cooked chicken and place in tortillas. Roll them up and place in a dish. Cover rolled enchiladas with red chile sauce, top with shredded cheddar and pop into a 350-degree oven for about 20 to 30 minutes until heated throughout and cheese is melted.
