Dr, Constantine Stoilis bows his head in prayer during a meeting of the Saturday morning prayer group at Faith Family Church. Stoilis is one of the founders of the almost 30-year-old group and one of the original members of Faith Family Church. Since the group started recording the crime rates 22 years ago, it has dropped 45 percent.
