The Texas Society Coats of Arms Club is a newly formed organization for those who have Certified Coats of Arms through the Colonial Dames of the 17th century. Four Victoria members are among the first in the state to join the club. Lori King, state heraldry chairwoman, presented membership cards and a knight pin to the local members Oct. 11.
