A train struck a 1996 Chevy S-10 truck Tuesday afternoon at the railroad intersection of John Stockbauer Drive, pushing it down the tracks approximately 70 yards. The driver, Martin Peralta, was conscious at the time he was transported to Citizens Medical Center.
