Unfortunately, the public education system is not working out and hasn't for a long time.
A lot of things contribute to it's failures including unfunded mandates handed down by state and federal government. As you pointed out, that is tyranny.

June 6, 2009 at 9:57 a.m.she is differ than most. She is hispanic, catholic, and probably has some kind of 'twist' on her voice but should that keep her out? I don't think so. Folks that listen to Rush would think that the world is falling and Al Queda is living in the White House---its not true.
Her comment was taken out of content. The same people that voted her in years ago and the same ones now. She has more bench time than the others did when they were confirmed. We can't based all this on just one statement she said that has been re-canted already by accuser--which his name I can't remember.
Just imagine how this whole nomination would have gone if she was of Mexican descent. Its not wrong...to be different.
