Yummy! Were you born on fathers day? My granddaughter was born on fathers day 2 yrs ago, it'll repeat in 2012.
June 21, 2009 at 5:28 p.m.victorianbybirth thanks! we were going to dinner at BayTown Seafood but they close at 5 45 i guess since its sunday and fathers day. i was really looking forward to eat their. so guess it will have to be mexican food. I son bought me a cake from marble slab boy does it look really good.

We have to remember that it is the alcohol that doesn't remember our birthdays, holidays and etc. My dad passed away , but he didn't remember our birthdays either. I was blessed when I met a wonderful man, my late husband. He is the father of my son and he was the best father a man could be. So, I am very happy that my son had a wonderful man for a dad. June 21, 2009 at 4:06 p.m.my dad is an alcoholic also.my mom of course went through some hard times. She meet my step dad who raised me and i consider him my dad. I still at every fathers day do give him a phone call. sad that he doesn't even remember my birthday and my birthday is today! My step dad was the first to call me this morning to say happy brithday meja!

I have yet to meet a man who measures up to him. He has always had my whole heart and always will. He's the only man yet I have given my whole heart to. The only man in my life who I could ever depend on for anything and has always been my rock. Happy Father's Day dad, I miss you, and I love you and I'll see you soon.
