The City has been nickel-and-diming us like crazy. First they decrease the amount of garbage they will "accept" from us and tell you to pay more each month for a second can and now this?

June 24, 2009 at 6:01 p.m.I like taking my UNSORTED recyclables over the the recycle center. Those guys are really friendly and are always very happy to see me leave.
