those that are tired of being out on the streets will come back,,,those that are caring less will not...
November 8, 2009 at 9:47 p.m.It sounds like VISD might be on the right track with this program. My son has attended VISD school for eight years now and he is getting a great education, and he is very happy, that is my hope for all children.

Many students have lost the dedication necessary to unlock the secrets found in studies of advance math, computer science, chemistry, physics, and biology.
November 8, 2009 at 7:57 p.m.All through education we are taught that positive expectations lead to positive results. Apparently there are many people in Victoria who want the educational system to keep failing so that they can have something to gripe about.
