Most pesticides used today are less toxic than table salt. Thus, if you are eating only organics, I hope you are not using salt.

organic food? haven't we had many cases of foods being contaminated because they used human excrement to fertilize them? I refer to vegetables grown in other countries!

I started about 20 years ago. Then when my geneticist insisted to stay away from certain pesticides, fungicides, and other ides----I had no choice but to go futher ala natural with my foods.

My geneticist is adament that you are what you eat. That is why parents that have eaten poorly are now producing children where 1 out 3 will have diabetes. An example of epigentics at its finest.

I was diagnosed with cancer in 1993. It is an ongoing battle, but I am still very much alive and active. I've been eating organic since diagnosis.
