Well BigJ, considering the only reason the VA is conducting this "poll" is because of all the recent gang related crimes & arrests. I think it is a focus on gangs, the problems associated with them & hopefully getting them off the streets. (This is the VA, so I may be wrong on that last one). I guess that's my hang them high menatlity running amok again. My bad.

that is true robert start with the parents if the dress with the pants hanging to there knees with red or blue rags in there pockets slab the heck out them and make them dress rite and the police need to do more force and teach them a lesson and the DA dont givethem enoght time for there crimes if they are a gang member triple there time
